First night no working ice machine. We bought two rooms. Both with an ant issue. Crawling on the ceilings and walls. Exchanged room with an ant in my bed the next morning. Needs updates in the whole establishment. Back door by the pool left open all day and night. NOT SAFE! Great location. Poor management.

My first time staying at this property and my room smelled like mildew and the AC did not really remove the moisture from the room. There were stains on the carpet. The room, though, is spacious. So there needs to be more room maintenance. Everything else was fine and the service was good. The hot breakfast was basic (scrambled eggs, sausage links and grits).

Has gone very downhill

The photos are a bit deceiving. I stayed here a few years ago on the way to the beach and it’s gone quite downhill. The carpet in the room was absolutely gross. Stains everywhere. Same for the little couch in there. Overall the room didn’t feel like it had really been cleaned… kind of seemed like all that was done between guests was change bedding. The breakfast left so much to be desired and coffee tasted like dirty water. The lobby was well kept but that’s about it. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We got there late and I was surprised at how many people were checking in at 11:15 pm. When we got to our room, it looked like someone had just gotten out of bed and had a dirty wash clothe in sink. We finally got to a room that had been cleaned by 11;45 pm. This room had freshly made bed, but mold in shower. Not sure I will stay here again

I had to pre pay for this hotel and was forced to move to another hotel at the last minute. I was moved to a dump and the hotel manager promised to award me points to make up for the issue. No response, not surprised.

This hotel has not been renovated in some time. There were stains all over my hotel room floor, and there was no hot water for showers. Also safety concern—there were round tables blocking the emergency exit door in the stairwell. It was not what I expected or what the pictures showed…If you're looking for a clean, light, and nice hotel, please book somewhere else.

This is a rundown property carpet torn just bad asked for some towels i was staying for 3 days the front desk never responded saw what i assumed was the Mangers office i asked for some towels she bit my head off saying the front desk would take care of me next morning i left after my 2nd night didn't ask for a refund for my 3rd night just left i wont be treated like that
