Room was not clean, had a funny smell, no iron or ironing board in room. No air conditioning room was muggy. Not a 24 bar service. Reaching out for support is difficult and they are not fast at responding. Wont be staying here again.

Such a great find!

Quick and easy check in process, super friendly staff. Car park underneath is small and a tight squeeze, and unfortunately full on our stay, but you can park in the secure multi story across the road for the same price as the hotel (just make sure to enter your reg at reception)! Location was ideal for access to bullring and music venues. Room was super comfortable. We were overlooking the bars behind the hotel, and although you could hear the gentle beat of the music with the windows closed, it really didn’t affect our ability to sleep at all - they even provide earplugs ahead of time for you if you want them. Overall it was a fab hotel, and we will definitely book again for future stays. Special shout out to the staff as every single person we interacted with was 10/10.

It was average. Bathroom was tiny, very cramped, no bin in the bathroom for waste. Had to put feminine hygiene products in the main bin. No hot water in the morning either. Had to have a Luke warm shower.

Pleasa t stay for theatre trip

Friendly welcome. Clean room, 2bath sheets, no hand towel though. Bed was comfortable, with extra pillows and room was warm. Shower gel etc provided. Very close to theatre which was .ain reason for booking.

The hotel was very clean and staff were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, the heater in my room wasn’t working. I asked for an extra duvet which appeared promptly. Other guests said their rooms were uncomfortably hot. The central location was convenient. It took me a while to find it. The quickets way from New Street station is via the steps by Wetherspoons. Google maps sent me a long route.

1 night stay for a Friday night out

We stayed one night in a double room at this hotel due to its proximity to the venue we were attending and also to New Street train station. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have it, but I can say that we had the worst flat white coffee ever from the bar (lukewarm and weak!) and paid £4 each for the privilege! The room was fairly small but cosy and comfortable (we thought the pillows were a bit hard) and overall decor is a bit dated (90s). Saying that, we would probably stay here again as it was a good price for a convenient city centre hotel (£59 on a Friday). There was also a nice smell in the public spaces (like a reed diffuser type fragrance!)

Avoid unless don't want sleep

Terrible. Freshly renovated lobby to lure you in, then you go back in time to 80s as you go upstairs to the rooms. Tiny rooms, terrible old bed, very uncomfortable, I've had pieces of paper thicker than the pillows, storage heaters, no AC, no fan. Middle of winter, and the rooms were unbearably hot, couldn't open the window due to the blaring music out the back. Backs on go a VERY loud and busy courtyard full of bars and clubs, no peace at all.
