Very budget, not a great experience.
The room was cold and small and pretty uncomfortable. It is an ideal location but way too basic for a good night’s sleep. Stepping out of the shower into the bedroom with nowhere to put a towel or toiletries was quite odd. The separate toilet was like a small cave and the door was rather difficult to open and very loud. You get what you pay for but sleep was difficult and we had a very early flight.

We arrived very late on a flight, which had been delayed. I was unsure if any of my messages informing of late arrival (at initial booking) had been received. It seems VERY difficult to contact the hotel directly from abroad. At least, now I have a business card with contact details for future use.

Start of a Destress holiday
The room was just the right size for overnight. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was piwerful and clean. Although the toilet cubicle had a stain on the floor in front of the bowl. All in all my stay was comfortable.

Great and cheap stay
It was booked for somewhere to lay my head after a work event at the NEC. I wasn’t expecting much with it saying “budget” however I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The double room was bigger than expected but perfect for what I needed. Will stay again.

Room felt marginally better than a premium prison cell. Massively outdated and very basic. Paid nothing for the room as I used my Expedia points but still felt like poor value. Never again......
