Only stayed for 1 night so i was already at the airport for my flight in the morning. Literally a 2 min walk from hotel to depatures lounge. So very ideal for that matter

Ideal hotel for the night before a flight. Very close to the airport and airport car parks. Nice, reasonably priced food in the restaurant. Bedrooms are small but to be expected with the price.

No kettle, so from the 8th floor I had to go to floor 1, make a hot drink then go back up to the 8th trying not to scald myself or spill the drink, I’d love to see the risk assessment for this decision. The water boiler was broken on the 1st floor so then it was down to the bar and que up for your evening cuppa and back up to the 8th???, booking through Hotel. Com did not register your breakfast with the kitchen, so all 4 mornings you have an argument with the people manning the entrance to get your breakfast, The room was only cleaned, bins emptied once in 4 days,

Very convenient
Very comfortable and compact room and perfect for a pre night stopover especially before a long flight from Birmingham airport ( BHX ) and literally just a two minute walk to international departures check in. Breakfast was filling and good quality and you can get a slight discount if purchased the night before.

Stay there twice a year while visiting NEC Craft Show from Ireland. Very convenient, staff very helpful, room clean. Overall a Pleasant stay. Keep it up 👏👏

One night airport stay
The hotel is great for a one night stay to catch an early flight. The room was basic , no tea/ coffee in the room but it is available on floor 1.The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower worked well.There is a restaurant in the hotel.
