Adjoined rooms!

Excellent service on arrival - complimentary Prosecco and great guest relations. However ……. our room was adjoining another. Although the door was obviously locked there was NO sound privacy. Our neighbours were’t particularly noisy but you could hear everything from bathroom noises (the worst kind!) to music choice and discussions on the days events - word for word. I would recommend if booking here to check your room isn’t joined - unless you like sharing other people experiences!

In a great spot with easy tram link to New street Station and a short walk to the Utilita Arena. plenty of places to eat around and about. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast great and my VIP upgrade to an Executive room the icing on the cake.

Great stay

The room was great with loads of useful amenities, the bed was very comfy too. My only complaint was the lack of clean tables at breakfast time however it was very busy and we didnt have to wait for too long.

Terrible stay

I asked for an additional duvet when we checked in at 5:00pm . I let the receptionist put it in my room and then we went out. We came back at 10:30 but no duvet. I asked for several times and until 12:00 I was given some sheets. We had a terrible sleep without a proper duvet. When we check out in the morning. I phoned the receptionist to ask if I can put my luggage in the storage. They said yes. Then I checked out at the reception, trying to leave the luggage with them . But I was told the storage room is full and they can’t help me with that! I insisted to speak to the manager, who found a room for me to put my luggage finally. The receptionists are not helpful, insufficient and not feel sympathetic. I will never book leonardo hotel again. Although I booked quite a few times around the world.

Great location for the utilita arena. Staff were helpful. We arrived early but was able to go to our room. Room was spacious. Downside was breakfast. Long wait for some productsto be refilled.
