Horrible night sleep due to noise (Saturday)
I had a horrible night stay at the Leonardo because the sound proofing on the windows was not fit for purpose . We paid £207 for a room on a Saturday night (in town to see Becky Hill). The noise of nearby clubs, shouting and sirens continued until 4am. This room should not be let on a Saturday (or Friday I imagine).

I had a great stay at this hotel! The twin beds were extremely comfortable and spacious, giving us an amazing night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and had excellent lighting for us to get ready. While the streets were lively at night due to nearby clubs, we felt completely safe thanks to the hotel’s security at the entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

Reception, bar, lounge and restaurant are very nice, car park is an absolute dump but convenient. Hotel rooms and hallways are ok but starting to look a little tired in places. Quite noisy outside on a Saturday night, you can hear the music and shouting from the street and clubs below.

Nil id check at check in. They gave a keyvard for my room to a colleague who was not staying with me without confirming with me or letting me know despite only my name being on the hotel booking which means very little security checks. Bathroom was filled with little hairs everywhere.
