My wife and I thought that the hotel was fjrst class. We did not know what to expect but we were not disappointed. The hotel was very clean - both the public areas and our room. Very clean, modern and comfortable. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant but we had breakfast. The Chef prepared omelette was delicious and the choice was extensive. Overall a great stay and we will certainly return.

Poor service

Food expensive for what it was and served with no accompiaments, service at the restaurant very poor - food left on the side waiting to be served despite the chef calling for service several times. it was not exceptionally busy. I would expect better for a hotel of this standard. A lot of people weee complaining to wait for the lifts for such along time.

Lovely place to stay, hotel was clean and the facilities were really good. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It’s in a great area, within walking distance to the Utilita atena where the event we were attending was held, as well as loads of other places, shops, sea life centre, restaurants etc. would recommend.

Everything has been excellent so far, apart from the journey to the hotel. With the streets being rerouted due to the team system, etc. our sat nav could not find the correct way of getting to the hotel! We were forced around the area and eventually dump the car in a side street and walked!
