Nice hotel clearly newly renovated. Shower corners weren’t clean upon arrival. Also throughout my entire stay my room was never cleaned nor did i receive towels. I informed the front desk multiple times and nothing changed.

Front desk check in was rude, got to the room and mostly it was ok. Air was off so it was very stuffy. Left for food and when we got back the room was cooler. AC started making a noise and eventually stopped cooling. My son was having surgery early morning and was sleeping so we didn’t wake him. Around 3 he woke up sweating. We went ahead and got ready so we could just leave. When I started telling the front desk clerk he started yelling telling me it wasn’t his fault. I never blamed him but wanted him to know. I finally just asked for a receipt and left. I will never stay in this place again! Room was clean enough, ceiling above the shower was failing in and the “wood contraption” under the ac was nasty. Beds are not awful but definitely could be better. Extremely Rude staff

The room was okay, but not really worth the price. The breakfast was below average, there weren’t many options and the only protein available was eggs. The TV had app capabilities, but it wasn’t connected to the WiFi, which made streaming impossible. Overall, it was an average stay, but I expected a bit more for the cost.

Minimal breakfast options. Hotel and room are in need of an update. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT using the elevator at the back of the hotel. The key/arrow pad was sunken into the wall which looked sketchy to begin with and should’ve been my sign to take the stairs. When we stepped onto the elevator to go to floor 2, the elevator went up just a bit and dropped sharply. Granted, we were on the first floor when we got on and there were not any lower levels to drop to (or none that I can recall but considering the event that occurred, there could’ve been an elephant in there with my son and I and I would’ve still been near cardiac arrest due to the sharp and sudden drop alone). When we arrived to the second floor and to our room with soft spots on the below average clean floors and dinged up walls severely in need of a fresh coat of paint (or a demolition crew to take the hotel all the way back to its factory settings I was eventually able to rest without any loud noises which was a positive. The bed and pillows were satisfactory and there was also a large refrigerator (no freezer inside it) and a microwave available in the room which came in useful. The online check-in, upload your ID, and secure an incidental payment in advance process was a waste of time as we still had to spend time waiting in line while only one staff checked at least 10 other people in. You can’t just walk up and request your key as implied in the email sent out prior to arrival.

The air wasn’t cold enough, and there were always people in the parking lot being disruptive. They were smoking weed and trying to hand it out. At 1:30 am to 3:00 am, there were people outside in the hall being extremely loud. The staff was banging on doors at 9 am to do housekeeping, and check-out wasn’t until 11 am. So, they shouldn’t have done that until then or later. The fridge in the room wasn’t clean. The elevators were old and raggedy, kept jumping and lights flickering.
