I will no longer ever ever ever book through a third party, I get the same issue...ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you can even reach anyone since they keep the phone numbers hidden or simply nowhere.... It would be helpful and nice if the hotel was at lease able to DO ANYTHING. I arrived, checked in but NEVER ENTERED THE ROOM....MY COMPANY MADE AN ERROR AND I WAS NEEDED ELSEWHERE and left Birmingham..I shouldn't have to pay for nothing. Plus my receipt says one thing and the charge is another. Just aggravated. Let me explain...I often come into a town for work to either test, assess a plant or participate in quality control and many times I will be needed in the evening...that being said,if I go in in the evening to finish in the morning I CANT get a room because of the ridiculous policy of 2:00 or 3:00 check in leaving me to either wander the streets or sleep in my truck till check in..only to sleep for 2 or 3 hours before headed back in. I am often paying for a night I do not use simply to insure I had a place to go in AM. THIS time it was futile since my requisition was for the wrong plant. It shouldn't be this hard considering most hotels are not sold out and without a room to go in at any time...hotels are just unbending and it is stupid and is contrary to every concept of good customer service. You serve the public, yet have so many rules and conditions. Have you ever thought about all the planes landing in the morning or travelers reaching their destination before 2pm?

The place was filled with artificial fragrance to cover up mildewy smells. It's was oppressive. The elevator quit working 2x while we are in it! Our room was not properly cleaned...we did not have duvets only sheets, I had to ask for the covers and then remake the beds. Our air conditioner was so poor every time we turned it on it was so loud squeaky it woke us up.

I arrived and had to pay an unexpected deposit. Expedia should have mentioned it because they were very rude about it when I got here. The pool was raggedy and cold. The halls didn’t smell good. The elevator was raggedy and out of service for partial of the time that I was there.

People kept getting trapped in elevator and they lied and wouldn’t repair it. Needs maintenance throughout. Tripping hazard from rippled carpet. Unclean conditions on coffee machine and juice machine.

Mold in bathroom spots on bed sheets had to use towels to put on bed to sleep in chair at desk was all torn up.At 6 o'clock people were slamming doors the elevator was not working had to get someone to fix ,Never stay there again. Have pictures of everything.

This was a one night stop as we were driving to FL. I picked this hotel because they had queen beds and I need 2 rooms. First we arrived and couple find anyone to check us in even called the hotel from the front desk. After sending teenager to see if they can find a worker to help. They did and we were checked in. The amount of room freshener that was used in the lobby was astounding. We had 3 rd floor rooms, noticed right away they were not next to each other close but across the hall and 1 over is what we were given. We made do with that. The bath towels were very small and thin. The beds were ok. There was some updating done but they were badly done. The breakfast in the lobby was bad. You have to ask for everything it can’t just be maintained like the coffee maker isn’t working and noticed everyone trying but did nothing until asked. I’m sure there are worse hotels out there but this one is on the list. I am not a complainer and this is my first time reviewing something. But I’m tired of horrible run businesses continue.

Was very unhappy got stuck in elevator 3 times. Other guests were complaining also about getting stuck in elevator. Family member 71 years old and I am 66 years old had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. Staff seemed so unconcerned. Rooms had one small soap and 2 wash clothes for 3 people. Did go to front desk to get more soap. Waffle maker wasn’t working in breakfast area and sausage was very undercooked. Orange juice was spoiled had bad Oder and very thick. Do not recommend staying there.

The staff was nice . The pool wasn’t heated . Which was the main reason for our visit , to go in an indoor pool for my daughter’s birthday . And unfortunately the elevators were out of order

This hotel is not maintained well. The bedsprings squeaked loudly, hallway was noisy, several things in the room needed fixing, and there was no hairdryer. It also took way too long to check in, and then they charged us for bringing our dog — to a “pet-friendly” hotel. We will NEVER stay here again.
