Almost perfect
The check in is a little cumber some having to download two apps but typical of a property where personnel are not on site. Loved my stay. The only thing I would mention is its on a main route for the local fire department and sirens went by 8 times in two night.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials. They even included a few bottle waters and snacks. The location was very convenient with publix and restaurants nearby. Parking area was well lit and right behind the building. Great experience. I would stay here again.

This is an OUTSTANDING place to stay! Conveniently located right across from UAB Kirklin Clinic, it was perfect while my son was an inpatient. The apartment was great for working remotely, and I could easily walk to Publix, Starbucks, Outback, and Rock & Roll Sushi. Parking in Midtown can be challenging due to UAB traffic, but the location more than makes up for it. Highly recommend for anyone needing easy access to UAB or Midtown amenities!

Overall, the loft was beautiful, nicely equipped and in a great area. I would highly recommend this place. The reason it is 4 stars is that: 1). It is a corner unit next to UAB medical center and very noisy at night. 2). The bedroom is open to the living area. The bedroom had black our shades but the living room did not. Street lights flooded the living room at night, and it spilled into the bedroom. It needs black out shades added in the living room. 3). Finally, there is no key. You use an app to access the locks and it is time consuming to set this up. Communication was cryptic and difficult, so you're kind of on your own there. All that said, if this stuff doesn't bother you, you will love the unit.
