Great hotel

Booked as a weekend stay, restaurant & bar was good with friendly & helpful staff. Reception staff also very good. Hotel was lovely & clean. Utilita arena about an 8 minute walk along the canal where there are bars & restaurants along the way. If your disabled like me, I'd suggest stopping outside front of the hotel to drop your bags before parking your car in the underground car park as you have to walk up a flight of stairs to gain access to the reception & there is no lift.

Check in was nice and helpful and friendly but then it went down hill, one towell for two of us, one teabag , room wasn't made after the first night got back last night to no teabags or bed cleaned made Or towel chanred the cleaner was outside our room yesterday morning so saw us leave& we put the sign on the door and the cleaner saw us leave

Our stay was ok, staff were lovely very helpful. The carpets in corridors were stained and looked like they needed changing. The room was clean but very tired and needed decorating and brightening up. The bed was very firm not the comfeiest. Breakfast was very good

Great location

Great hotel in a great location. Looks slightly tired on the outside but nice and clean in the inside. We were upgraded to a superior room which have a separate toilet. Room is spacious. Overall highly recommended

Was upgraded to exec suite although seemed like a standard room to most hotels ive stayed in. Bed was comfy although pillows not. Breakfast was nice but as it was buffet style definitely could've been hotter. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall a decent stay

Hotel was ok. Didn’t like the fact that the toilet was in a separate room to the filet. There was a toilet roll lying on the floor as soon as we entered the room. Didn’t like the fact that for such a big hotel, we had to pay for parking. The beds didn’t feel that comfy. There were no biscuits provided with the kettle. All in all. lots of scope for improvement.
