Not sure if I looked like a handicap but I was checked into a handicapped room. For two days I had to stop down knee level to either use the rest rooms, grab water from the tables, or use the toilet sinks. Not coming back here.

I left a review and mentioned that was upset that I was given the wrong room number at check in. After a very difficult journey, having to go up to floor 8 and back again was not ideal. However the response was apologetic but I really do not appreciate being told for future reference I should be aware that my room number is written down on the card holder. It was written down, but it was wrong. To imply that I’m that stupid is not the correct response to feedback, especially from a guest relations manager.

Stayed here before and was all good , this time was given room 501 and all could hear through the night was lifts going up and down in the adjacent shaft and stairwell doors banging . Any floor next to the shaft will have the same noise . Rooms should not be made available with so much noise from shaft constantly running :-(

Avoid, much better hotels in the area
Hotel was terrible for 4 stars, room was the size of a closet, staff unwilling to help when we needed help, air con was not working. Felt claustrophobic and was surprised the hotel is rated 4 stars

Parking was expensive it only halves when you book direct. Being a platinum vip member I expected at least a slightly discounted rate. Although at any hotel I’m yet to see any room upgrade's offered or food discount as advertised when booking on the site.

Lovely hotel.
Stayed for a couple of nights for a concert. Parking was on-site and very secure. Uber was easy to ise from here. Indian restaurant within the hotel was gorgeous. Not so sure abiut the area, didn't feel we wanted to venture out walking, but then we didn't have too
