Nice size premium room but very random use of space. In need of a massive refurbishment as it’s tired. Great bed linen and facilities in room. Traffic noise was significant even when we were on floor 9

This was sadly not a great experience. I was checked in and was issued a room. I went into the room only to find that it was not clean with the previous occupants used cups still out. I went back to reception and was issued a new room. The AC in this room was not working so I had to go back to reception to complain about this. They sent a maintenance man who came to repair the vent. The room was still warm after this. This is not a four star hotel, the service and experience was terrible

Lovely night staying in Birmingham at the Radisson

Our stay there made our trip to the theatre even better. Such lovely helpful staff. I have a bad hand which makes me clumsy, I knocked a full mug of tea over the whole breakfast table and the Irish waiter couldn't have been more helpful or kinder to me.

Great modern hotel

Really nice stayed before year’s ago and great reasonably priced hotel, very central and only a short 10 minute walk to new street railway station. Will definitely recommend a stay and the food was lovely - I had room service - was the best

The hotel's imposing shape and presence are notable. The guest rooms are very large and equipped with numerous amenities and electrical sockets, and there is free WiFi available in the rooms. However, I found it very difficult to get food during my stay. The restaurant was closed and would not reopen until the evening. I tried to use room service, but there was no response. When I returned to the hotel after my event, I still hadn't managed to eat, and unfortunately, everything was closed again.

Hotel is close to the train station. Also a short walk from the cuty centre for shopping, food and drinks. Warm welcome on arrival. Room was perfect. Spacious and room amenities were as needed.

To be honest from the start when they wanted an early check in fee to the end where it appeared that the deposit has now been fully charged to my account it's fair to say that the poor state of my rooms / no shower gell and odd smell I won't be trying here again

The room was a brilliant size, but a bit dated. The restaurant was only open for breakfast not any other time. The bar was hardly open at all. Felt like not many staff or people around. The gym was lovely (we did not use, but went up to look. The bar area in the restaurant was nicer than downstairs too but not in use.
