Birmingham Staycation
Ecellent hotel for our one night staycation going to theatre and spending day in City But they had a problem, no hot water due to broken valve we were offered full refund and help with locating another hotel or 50% refund which we accepted this didn't impact our stay and by the amount of people at breakfast ( which was excellent)think most accepted 50% refund.Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting city especially is going to Hippodrome or Alexandra Theatres only 5 mins walk from either. Just waiting for Hotels.com to refund the 50%

No water for several hours. No hot water at all. Reception phone unanswered. Tried to get food in the bar and was told food service ends at 10pm. No mention of a the room service which menu says is available till 11pm. Will not stay here again. Definitely not to Radisson standards

The pros: The location is very centrally located and accessible. The wifi was steady and I was able to work without interruption. The staff were kind and the gym was clean with ample equipment. The cons: the place has a strong smell of urine and cigarettes! Even after the room is cleaned the smell strengthens. The water in the bathroom also has a foul odour.

Love staying here as it’s just a beautiful hotel. Meet up with friends from work as we all live in different cities and go out for drinks and meal..great to come back to an immaculate hotel. love breakfast and if come to Xmas market this year, likely will stay the night here

Nice location
The hotel it self is in a very good location for the city centre and to walk to most places. My family and I booked a premium room and most of the amenities were there but it lacked some things that I thought would have been a given. Eg no hotel slippers, no instructions on how to use the trouser presser. Also there were no clear instructions on the hotel parking and this caused us a great deal of problems when we got to the hotel. Walking through city centre with children and luggage. When we could've have parked at the hotel and then found parking. So please a recommendation make your guests aware of what the available parking are and before hand too. Thank you to Emeila for helping as we checked out and needed to leave the car as we went for food.

A nice stay. The air conditioning seemed to struggle and kept giving an error code and although it looked clean at a glance, if you actually looked under the bed or down skirting boards, it was quite grubby
