Really large room (superior) and all was clean. The room was almost too big for the lack of furniture! A small sofa would have been nicer than the two armchairs. Also very limited tv - why hotels don’t let you use tv apps I don’t know? Bathroom was a good size and toiletries provided. Coffee set up was basic - would have liked to see a coffee machine and more than just Nescafé sachets from a 4 star hotel

Hotel fine but……
This hotel is fine, well located, comfortable room, good breakfast. BUT I stupidly left a gift bag with expensive contents on the table in the room, rang 2 hours after check out and was told to email. Had to chase several times to be told they ‘couldn’t find it’ . Only conclusion - taken by housekeeping. I expect better from a hotel chain of Radisson reputation

Check in was excellent, very welcoming. There is a surcharge of £50 which is refundable. Incase any damage to room etc. Dissappointed as it was a twin room.One of the beds squeaked every time i moved and there was a dip in the bed.Didnt use room service or restaurant . Plenty of eataries near by.

The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping and transport, the staff are pleasent the room is exceptionally warm and stuffy because the windows cant open even with air con its difficult to get the ideal temperature either to hot or to cold the pillows are far to soft and literally collapse when you put your head on them both did not have a good sleep.

Too hot, shabby and noisy.
My room on the 14th floor had a view of the air conditioning units, had stained carpet. Despite the view, the air conditioning seemed not to work, with the room temperature waking me in the night. But worst of all was the incessant, loud slam of the door of the adjacent room, several times the bed and my door were shaken by the slam, including late at night and early in the morning.

Birmingham Staycation
Ecellent hotel for our one night staycation going to theatre and spending day in City But they had a problem, no hot water due to broken valve we were offered full refund and help with locating another hotel or 50% refund which we accepted this didn't impact our stay and by the amount of people at breakfast ( which was excellent)think most accepted 50% refund.Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting city especially is going to Hippodrome or Alexandra Theatres only 5 mins walk from either. Just waiting for Hotels.com to refund the 50%
