Sheets had weird black marks on them and walls were dirty. Toilet had not been cleaned and the adjoining room walls were so thin I could hear them hang up their clothes in the closet. Needs remodeling and way better cleaning procedures

For the price, it was actually pretty good. Just a note that they charged us $50 separately at check in for incidentals (if used), but got a $50 credit back to our credit card a couple days after checking out (we didn’t use any amenities). Check out was easy by simply dropping key off into the key box.

Front desk staff was not very helpful. Smirked and only shook head when asked if there was a phone in room, there wasn't, which was very inconvenient as my International cell phone was notable to make local calls. I would not recommend this hotel, nor will I stay again. Chose this hotel because it offered shuttle to airport, only ran from 7am to 10pm, I had a 5:20am flight, was told to order Uber, all while front desk clerk was on his phone.

Tired place that needs attention!
I will not stay there next time in Birmingham! The rate seemed high but I thought maybe it's nice. If it would have been I would not be complaining. There are a few reasons I don't sleep in my car, (being sarcastic) I want a bed, TV and a shower. The bed was extra soft and seemed like it needed to be replaced. The TV was extra small and in need of an update. The shower was the absolute tipping point for me. The lavatory hot water got very hot but I ran the hot water in the shower and the controller is goofed up. I couldn't get hot water and gave up after 20 minutes. I'm sure I'm not the first to point this out. I complained and after five days the manager still hadn't got back to me. I mentioned that I want him to go take a shower in that room. I want a refund for this substandard tired room.

The toilet was broken and ran continuously. The floor of the shower was not attached to the underflooring and buckled when stepped on. No ice bucket, no ice maker. What was advertised on the website was not what was delivered. The shuttle driver did not even deign to get out of the drivers seat to help with bags.

Gross, dirty, didn’t even want to touch anything. There were stains all over the bed and the room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, so I had to move rooms and it all is still so dirty

Appeared to be drug exchange in parking lot on our arrival with same kind of clientel inside the hotel hallways. Disgustingly filthy dirty restaurant area. Dirty and stinky room including roaches and hair on the bed linens as well as dried liquid on the wall next to the bed with part of the bed frame hanging out about 3 inches from the bed. We were unable to stay at this property.

It was a quiet and fairly clean property, but definitely needs to be upgraded. Staff at both check in and out were okay. The beds were clean and comfortable, seemingly new floor tile in the room and the a/c and tv worked well. Our bathroom faucets were leaky, there was a random jacket in our closet (whose doors did not stay closed), and a portable ozone generator in the room. Just a sad, old, worn out feeling to the room. Worked for a late arrival overnight stay.
