Ramada Hotel Coventry
Upon arrival into the room, we found we did not have enough tea bags milk or sugar for two. Was horrified to find stains inside the toilet bowl where it had not been cleaned properly. After an hour we left the hotel and reported the toilet and made a specific request for some extra sugar, milk and tea. Upon our return we found the toilet had been cleaned and the bottle of toilet cleaner was left on the side in the bathroom open, which my room mate thought was hand wash and without looking at the label poured some in her hand before she realised her mistake and quickly washed it off. The shower gel in the room was not working. We were left a paper bag with 15 coffee lots of milk about 6 sugars and 6 teabags its clear our request for tea, milk and sugar was not adhered to it was a specific reasonable request. For a 4 star hotel this was not good enough.
Otherwise we found the staff were really polite and helpful especially Patricia who served us at breakfast
