Room in terrible condition

Notified after booking about noise from an event, which is fine but it was VERY noisy so worth considering. The room was in terrible condition. The toilet was literally hanging off the wall. It shouldn't have been used. The shower is also poor quality

This was our second stay, hotel is in a great location - nice and quiet. This time, we used the spa facilities and it was a great experience with wonderful service by the ladies. The hotel is comfortable, and well air-conditioned. Breakfast was lovely, and the beds are comfortable. It just so happened that in our 2 night stay, there were three disturbances in our sleep. The first was an insistent guest knocking next door. The doors make it feel like the knock was meant for us! The second was a call by an another guest who wanted to ask us if we could fix his AC. Both of those were not the hotel’s fault, but the third was a random fire alarm that went off on the second night.
