I have stayed here at this hotel multiple occasions and I have enjoyed every one of them and it's always clean and smells good when you walk into your room very good option for a night or two stay
We have stayed here 3 years in a row. We will not be back. Our room wasn’t ready Thursday when we got there. We were put in a double bed room, we booked a king. The room wasn’t ready until Friday at 3:15. We had already left to explore for the day. We got back later and got in our new room, only to find cockroaches. We notified the desk and immediately left. We were told the manager would not be in until Monday and would call… I called Monday, she was not in until Tuesday. I had to call Tuesday, no one called me. She refunded 1 night of 3. I asked for Friday to be refunded seeing as how we did not even stay that night, we left. Due to no issues or our own. She said no, she could do partial because it was so late Friday when we left… Given we were put in the wrong room on night one, and stayed one night ONLY. Then the second night the room had bugs, I don’t see that being my issue. 10/10 do not recommend. We left and stayed at another hotel that we will be staying at every year from now on. When I told the manager I was not happy and would be reviewing them due to this she said that wasn’t a problem… so if that’s not your sign to not stay here I’m not sure what would be.
This was not a good stay. The first room they put me in had someone’s person hygiene stuff left behind, and they had to move me to a second room. The next room had a smoke smell. They moved me to another room, for second night. I asked that a manager call me on multiple occasions. They never called me. I will never stay here again, and this might be my last time in a Red Roof Inn.
The front desk personnel, Jackie, was excellent. She was so kind and helpful. She really worked with me on checking in early. I am truly grateful for her help. She was honest with me and communicated with me effectively about the check in time. However, she went above and beyond to make sure we could get settled in our room.
The area was quiet. The room was nice and spacious. It was near a lot of restaurants and convenient to a lot of places.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will reserve with them if need be in the future.
Motel over all appeared to be shabby. Staff not very helpful. Also bathroom had only a few sheets of toilet paper without a replacement roll, Snack and drink machine very inconvenient from our room.
Would not stay there again at any price.
