The bed had a huge dent in it. The carpet cleaners came to clean without notice and asked us to leave for most of the day. My husband made a complaint but no one ever got back with him. We will never return.

The hotel is nice the only thing is there are no snacks in the lobby and no vending machines down the hall and if u buy a drink it’s Pepsi product for almost $4 other than that it’s great just bring your own snacks

My stay at Sonesta of Homewood, Alabama

When using the tread mill in the exercise room, the arm rests were sticky and dirty. I had to wipe it down with a towel and show it to the lady at the front desk. I stayed for two nights and my room was not serviced for the second day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. I could not find a hair dryer in the bathroom. The facility is in a good location and the breakfast was very good.

Would recommend!

Clean, comfortable (except the broken sofa bed couch), good breakfast, convenient, pet-friendly. The kitchenette in the room was also helpful for storing our leftovers. This was the nicest place we stayed on a 7 day trip.
