The room was cleaned up but the room smelled like weed and peep hole was covered up with some type of gummy feeling material from I assume last guest and lock on bathroom was broken but besides that the stay was good and the area was good and a good stay for a low price, you pay for what you get!

Yes, it’s a budget hotel. But value for money is beyond anywhere else I stay. And I stay in hotels over 100 nights per year. Great staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Hot showers with plenty of water pressure. Everything I need and nothing I don’t.
