Good location, staff was friendly and gave us recommendation about where to go in Birmingham. We had a problem with the shower drain, it took a long time for the water to go down the drain. We have informed the reception about the problem but it was not addressed. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it and we were not sure if it was washed or not. Other than that, the property was alright if you need a place to stay that is accessible to everything.

Convenient to downtown Birmingham
This was a very convenient hotel for spending a few days in Birmingham. It was only a short walk from the city centre, and came equipped with a mini-fridge. It also had a parking garage available right next to the hotel. Our only complaint was that the bathroom didn't offer enough shelves for storing our toiletries.

Nice Rooms...
Great location close to shops, restaurants and pubs etc. Parking was available for a high cost but was very convenient. The rooms were very clean and equipped. Would definitely use again.

Great for the Utilita Arena
Great location for the Utilita Arena. Rooms were comfortable, some of the furniture looked a little worn. The staff were very good. Check i and check out was nice and easy. Parking was a little expensive but the oarking garage is secure.

Great aparthotel with lovely staff close to NIA.
Great to use the check in before we arrived. I tried to message a few times on app with no response to book parking with no response. When i called the service was excellent and parking was booked easily. When we arrived parking on site was easy to use and secure. Just gave number plate at reception. Great welcome and keys ready on arrival thanks to the pre check in. Room was well equipped and clean. It was a short walk to the nia along the canal. Great location. Check out was easy and again made to feel valued. Most of all this was great value for money and would stay again.

A lovely place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. So handy having your own little kitchenette. Spacious having two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting room/kitchenette. Plus comfy beds.
