Upgraded room

After reporting an issue with my room, I was instantly upgraded by the very helpful staff. Because of this, I had an excellent sleep in a clean and spacious room. All staff were friendly and food was delicious. The hotel itself is located next to the town, so a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and various restaurants. If it wasn’t for the upgrade, I would have been quite disappointed with the room I received for the money been paid, so I would definitely recommend paying more for a nicer stay/room. Easy access to the train station which was also a 10 minute walk.

Very pleasant stay. Will recommend and return

Attended open day so stayed night prior. Reception staff, particularly Kadrija, were very welcoming and put me at ease. The room was cosy and comfy. The leisure centre was very pleasant too. I really enjoyed the stay. To be very picky, I’d suggest dressing gowns for the use of the pool so it’s more comfortable getting to and from.

Disappointing hotel

The room was ok not the best My daughter ordered a baby Cot. for her room which was filthy.Also, she asks for a blanket For the baby's cot but did not get one She gave up in the end after going to reception twice Also In the evening we were at the bar, but there was no bartender.We had to keep going to reception to ask someone to serve us And it kept taking over twenty minutes half an hour for someone to come . And serve us
