Exactly what we wanted as far as cost and location for our conference. Staff charming and helpful. Very clean and comfortable and parking was easy and free. No lift but staff willing to help carry luggage on arrival

Nice stay
Lovely hotel and service but rooms in need of modernisation
Room was worn. Stains on the carpet, marks on the walls, mould in the bathroom.. No shampoo provided, just one big towel to start with. Reception didn't ask how the stay was and they weren't helpful in general.
We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times before. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has a large bar lounge and serves a good selection of bar food. It also has a restaurant and again there is something for eveveryone. Friends joined us for a meal last night and they enjoyed their meal. We shaĺl return.
Room was clean but furniture a little ‘dated’. Would benefit from a few minor updates/renovations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.
The room was comfortable and very clean. Little extras such as the ironing board was much appreciated. Locality of car park also good and bar was comfortable with the right level of ambience.
Scores were reduced as not disability friendly. All rooms are accessed by some stairs, albeit for some no more than 6 and no lift. As reliant on crutches and juggling luggage I requested a ground floor room. Advised all rooms have stairs but they did try to accommodate me by placing me in a room with as few stairs as possible. Hotel would not beable to accommodate wheelchair users
