The staff was very friendly. The rooms have been renovated and are nice and clean. This is an older property and renovation can't change the bones. Walls are thin, I could hear people walking, talking and even snoring in the adjacent rooms. The windows are old and block no noise. People were coming and going till 3 am. The parking lot is tiny. Over all would not recommend.

Do not recommend

This hotel is very old and needs updating. The WiFi didn’t work until I called office to reboot it. No hair dryer as listed in amenities. Very noisy, walls are paper thin. No one in front office for help, they had a phone number to call for help. Room was not serviced by housekeeping, no clean towels the second day.

Modest motel a couple of blocks off the 395 which offers more peace but is still walkable to the action. Water restrictor and minimal hot water frustrating. Could use some mattress upgrades.

Front desk clerk appeared distracted. Road noise could be heard through out the night. The outdoor carpet was stained.There was no hot water. The refrigerator was not plugged which caused water to puddle from defrosting.

Excellent air conditioner. The non-disposable cups for coffee had not been washed; they had crud in the bottoms. The pipe under the sink was leaking so badly it was unusable; I had to use the shower for water. No staff on site after check-in.

The property we stayed at was disgusting. It was so dirty from grease covering the kitchen to the door jams black with finger prints! We couldnt even use the kitchen unless i were to spend the time to degrease everything! The people upstairs were up and making noise all hours of the night. Beds were uncomfortable. I will never stay at any properties managed by the Tree’s Motel again. I was so disappointed as I have been staying at the Trees Motel prior name Paiute Lodge since I was a child. Just run down and not taken care of. The pictures are not what it currently looks like. What a shame!

I have stayed here in the past. The room was clean. The only thing I did not care for was the bed. The bed needs to be replaced, one side was worn down which felt like you kept sliding to one side. Better pillows could be used.

I really liked the room I was given. The hotel and room are very quaint. I slept very well. I arrived late and a key was left for me on the office door. Online reservation was a breeze. Everything was in order. The only tiny issue was the cobwebs.

Expedia had overbooked some of our guests for the family room. The receptionist was apologetic, very kind, and helpful. They upgraded us to another property which was more spacious. We really appreciated how they handled the situation. The other property (same owners) was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!
