Easy check in. Booked 2 rooms one night. Changed rooms when i requested further from the lifts and kept us together. However my room had a dark blue sofa bed that was covered in stains that you didnt notice so much in day. Sheets didnt have a fresh smell. Mattress too soft. Beware beds are on wheels. Could be a problem for elderly. Modern interior and like the blue night light in bathroom. Other twin room was better in it seems cleaner but they didn't refill tissues. Breakfast was adequate, not great.

The service was so kind to accept a later checkout. Plus, the breakfast had flexible hours and was delicious. A perfect stay for those going to and from the airport. There are shurtles on the half and full hour for £4 each.

No remote control for the telly as little one loves to watch. I tried to use the phone to ask for remote but not working so went downstairs and ask but takes a while before I got the remote.There is dust on top of kettle. When I move the bed, there are bread crumbs on the floor.

Quite close to the Airport but we still had to pay £4 each, each way, for the shuttle bus We were pleasantly surprised by the extensive breakfast buffet included in the room rate. In the room, the lighting was spots, so inadequate, and more plug points would have been useful. The mirrors in the bathroom were not heated so steamed up when showering. My wife found the bed uncomfortable but it was fine for me. The flashing security light in the ceiling disturbed her, but not me.

Shuttle ride from Airport to Hotel was affordable and convenient. Pleasant and courteous staff. Handled our checkin with a smile, answered all our questions and even gave a toy for the little ones. Breakfast was nice and convenient. Wish breakfast had more vegetarian options and ran a little longer than 9:30.

Adequate airport stay, but not for four people
For an overnight airport stay this was adequate. The breakfast was outstanding with lots of options, including gluten free. The pullout couch is not big enough for two adults and it has not been cleaned properly behind it. The room was really too small for four people and our luggage. Airport shuttle is not complimentary.
