they make me thirsty
hi i just stay in this hotel to take some rest after traveling but whenevi go there i resched thervon 1 am and totally exhausted and hungry itry to call room service or reception but no one answered after i wakeup i try to call reception again and no one answered thenbi go to reception and told them ineed some water then they told me it's ok and will be delivered to me and my family after one our of waiting i came again and told them where is the water they told me you have to pay for the the water. they have to told me this before one hour not after waiting one hour and there was an option to drink free water at least told me about this option so i would not wait for one hour and after all this they did not give us any late chicout at least for one or tow hour as gold member of hotel.com i should have this privilege.and my stay is only for few hour from 1 am to 12bm.

Perfect!!!!
We had a late night flight after our holiday and decided to stay over night at The Raddison hotel at Stansted. We arrived at 1am and were met with a smiling face. The room was perfect with a very comfy bed. We chose to have breakfast which was amazing! Self service with so much choice. The catering for those with allergies was amazing too. Will definitely return, it was the perfect end to our holiday.

Booked a suite which was located at the farthest end of the floor which could have been forgiven if not for other issues. Reception staff did not explain services, I had to ask a lot of questions due to lack of information provided. 1. Bathroom had “hairs” in the toilet. 2. TV didn’t work, this was reported but never heard anything back. 3. Hairdryer didn’t work which meant my wife had to “airdry”. 4. Breakfast host didn’t inform us about the omelette station located inside the dining area out of view from host desk but pointed us to the buffet behind us only for me to find out about the omelette station after sitting in the dining area having filled my plate at the buffet. 5. The room decor was very dated and not representative of the images shown on listing. All this and being located at the furthest corner of the hotel? Not acceptable. The overall lack of care or service is just embarrassing. After reading others reviews and the hotels response is that they’ve fed the comments back are either lies or not been acted on.

Walkable to terminal. Quite a wait for check in although the staff were very efficient only two staff at check in increased waiting time. Everything else was perfect
