Staff was very good. Breakfast attendant was excellent. She was on top of everything and helpful. The part we didn't like. Expedia booked us a handicap room right by the desk, elevator and breakfast area. It was NOT quiet in the evenings and mornings. Bed was also a little hard for my comfort. I would stay here again in a different room.

Great location with a couple restaurants within walking distance. Check in was very Blah, we didn't even get notified on pool hours, and breakfast or even checkout time. Breakfast was par although it was taken down very hastily about 10min to 10am.

Poorly maintained and managed hotel.
This hotel is in very poor condition. The carpets were absolutely filthy. The breakfast was good, but they didn't have enough for everyone who wanted to eat. I noticed a sign on the front desk saying that the CDC said they didn't have to clean the rooms for multiple night stays anymore, and as we were staying for 4 nights and I feel that part of why we choose a hotel over an Air BnB is because the room will be neat and clean upon our return, I asked how often they would be cleaning the room and the receptionist replied "every 2-3 days". So I pressed her as to whether is was "2" or "3" days. She assured me it would be every second day. When the room hadn't been cleaned or even fresh towels delivered by the 3rd day I asked the cleaning staff to clean the room before our return for the night. Disappointingly, upon our return, we discovered the room had in fact not been cleaned. I went to ask the front desk about it and she claimed staff shortage, however, I saw not indication they were advertising for more staff anywhere. The gal at the front desk was gracious and quickly supplied me with fresh towels. We would not have stayed at this hotel if we had known that the room would not be cleaned at all on over the course of our stay. I will be writing an email to Best Western's head office.

The only thing negative I can say is the people in the room above us were extremely loud all night long. I was awake until after 1:30 and they were stomping or jumping off the beds or something all night. Other than that, the hotel it's self was clean, friendly, good breakfast and convenient
