Property is a lil run down but clean. Staff is great. Breakfast was good, you order eggs however you like them, meat, and hash browns made by short order chef right then. Try the restaurant next door the “40 steak and seafood”. It's an awesome steakhouse with plenty of Bismarck nostalgic history!

The room was very clean but the service wasn't that good. I had a problem with overcharge, hopefully i get my money back in a couple days. Parking was good, air conditioner worked great, i did not utilize the pool or hottub.or the laundry.

TV didn't work. Lotion and soap dispensers non functional. Awful pillows. No drain plug for tub. Filthy hallway floors. Breakfast room not open and ready to go next morning. Check in clerk very unfriendly. He told us he'd reimburse our credit card $30 for not having a TV, but only gave back $20.

This place was dirty the floors and bathroom was disgusting and our key cards had to be changed every day because they stopped working. I was never asked for my id at check in which i thought was odd. An icecream bar was on the floor in the hall for 2 days it was finally picked up but no one cleaned or mopped the floor where it layed. The toilet was dirty and barely flushed the tub looked dirty, caulk was missing and moldy in multiple places.

Someone had changed the settings on the TV and with streaming services after over an hour of trying to program it we gave up as it was later in the night. The bed was hard and the ventilation system was very loud. The couch in the suite area was missing the pillows for the back rest. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but doubt I will return. In trying to book the room I called over several days and no one would ever answer the phone. I finally registered online. I saw people show up that were told their registration had been cancelled and a friend told me they gave them the wrong room and had to go to a different hotel. The breakfast is good a big reason to stay here but I don't think it is worth it.

Not the best, sorry!

We have stayed here many times in the past with no complaints. On this stay, when my wife took a shower there was no shampoo in the bottle. Thay have shampoo and conditioner bottles secured to the shower wall. They apparently just put a new TV in the room, a nice big smart TV that has to be connected to the internet to stream all of the channels. You would think that it would be all set up and connected to the internet, but no it wasn't. Of course they give you their WIFI password when you check in, but I tried several times to get the TV to connect to their WIFI but it never would. I used my Hotspot on my phone and it worked with no problem. The light fixture in the bathroom has three bulbs in it but only one was working. The sink in the bathroom barely drained. The air conditioner/heater looks like it was replaced and there are gaps along the sides that I could feel air blowing into the room. I took towels and stuffed them in the gaps to keep the air and the fly's out. We stay in Bismarck quite a bit and we don't stay at the fancy places with all the perks, we don't need them. A little maintenance goes a long way. I don't usually leave a review but this was not a good stay!

It’s been several years since I stayed here, and it’s really gone downhill. The only thing going for it is the friendly staff and made to order breakfast. Seeing a razor blade with white powder on the floor in the hall, and several rooms with the lights left on, doors open, and beds stripped at night didn’t add to my desire to stay here again. Room was okay and cleaner than the main areas at least. Cheap room if you’re in a pinch, but I’lll pay extra and stay somewhere else next time.

The first room we got the Wi-Fi did not work, there was an old blood-looking stain on the sheet and no smoke detector. We were given a second room which had electrical tape on one of the lamp cords which was starting to come off and the lock on the window was broken.

This place was so disappointing! Lobby was dirty. Piles of dirty linen in the hallways; empty TV boxes lined the hallways; room not very clean; faucets in shower/bath not well caulked; just a miserable place. We will always remember this stay for the wrong reasons. Days Inn is off our list for places to stay.

They are upgrading and so we had to switch rooms due to no wifi access. Network was not discoverable unless you stand by the door. TV not connected. No associated instructions and no info regarding how to contact front desk short of going back to the front desk. Phone in first room was for a different room and was not connected. No shampoo. Difficult to find outlets to use. Has to move furniture. Overall very frustrating considering we had driven all day and just wanted to relax.

Front desk was efficient. Common area carpet very worn and dirty. Room - air conditioner was grinding, TV didn't work, hair in shower, breakfast was breads and cereal (not made-to-order like Expedia site shows), and overall just worn done.
