The hotel staff is exceptional. They permitted us to check in early. Gave us excellent advice for lunch. Their in house laundry facilities were perfect and very reasonable. They have a happy hour at 5pm bogo. I would highly recommend staying here.

Not enough blankets for beds....

The lobby is clean and beautiful but We had to wait to see if someone would actually come out to check us in as the front desk person was in a back room and there was nothing to announce we needed help and even talking really did nothing to get their attention so we had to stand there awkwardly waiting to see if someone would come out. At first glance the rooms were clean and nice. The main issue came when we decided to go to bed. We booked 2 king suites for 7 people as they include a fold out couch/bed. We have 5 children so we do a girls and boys rooms. We went to pull out the couches. We know generally speaking that the bedding for the pull outs are usually in a closet or dresser. We opened the dresser and found bedding in one room and while they started making up that bed i went to get the other one done. There was nothing in there except a pillow and pillow case. I then went down to the front desk to request bedding for the pull out. First the attendant insisted there should be bedding in the room and didnt want to believe me at first then she handed me a sheet. And when i asked for a blanket she just said, "I can give you another sheet. We are fully booked and we have no extra blankets. Or i could give you a duvet cover(a glorified sheet that just goes around a blanket to keep it clean.)" I took what she gave then had to go dig through my trunk to find blankets we had packed for a different purpose on our current trip(think stadium lap blankets)...

I found a bedbug in my room. I took it to the front desk and the guy said he didnt think it was a bedbug and that they had no other rooms available. It was definitely a bedbug. I had bites show up a couple of days later. I had to spend money on preventive measures to ensure I didnt infest the place I was renting starting the following day, as well as laundering all of my clothes. I think the least they could have done was take responsibility. Better than that would have been comping my room as it was quite difficult to sleep once I found the bedbug.
