While asleep at 3 am, we had a drunk patron whose key card was able to open our room. Thankfully we had the swing bar lock on. Pretty scary since there was state track and field going on in town and this person could have stumbled into a room with underage girls.

It was dirty, old, and extremely noisy. We could hardly sleep each night. The staff was ok but when you called down to complain about the parties and loud noises they didn't do anything. The carpet were gross and all torn up. The room was clean but smelled musty and stunk! Will never stay there again!

Overnight stay.

Late arrival- convenient shuttle service from airport. Bed clean and comfortable,pillows good. Carpet very stained. Whole place in need of refurbishing. Shower worked well and lots of hot water and good pressure. Got a good night sleep after traveling all day. Likely wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

We asked for a handicap room. I guess that just means a bar at the opposite end of the tub to help you get in. The bed was not set up correct and we had to move the bedding around and sleep at the opposite end so we were not sleeping down hill. We had to take the toilet paper off the holder because you couldn't reach it. The room had a very strange set up as the refrigerator was on top of a stand and the coffee pot was on top of the refrigerator where you could barely reach it. Seemed a bit dangerous to me! The next morning the hair dryer screamed like it was going to blowup and singed my hair. On a better note...the ladies at the desk were friendly.

The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room was nice and clean. The attendants were friendly. But, when we checked in we were automatically charged a $100 security deposit against our card we used and when asked about it we were told it was for if there was any damages to the room. And when we check out they would refund it against the card. We knew nothing about this deposit nor did the front desk say anything. It was when we were talking to other guests and then checked our account that we saw the charge. Our room and bathroom was clean and our bedding was clean. The room itself was very dated and the carpeting definitely needs replaced. The room door was horrible. Was a wooden door and did not close good. So had to slam it to completely close it. We had to work at getting the bolt lock to lock. We never had to use the room key for either outside doors. You could just pull it and they opened up. We will NEVER stay there again.

Pool heater didn’t work but they were waiting on a part for it- spent swimming in the hot tub, water was warm but they could’ve had it warmer and it was VERY slippery in the pool area for adults and especially small children! Probably won’t stay here again.
