Do not stay at Wynham properties in North Dakota they do not hire hospitality professionals and Dale is AWEFUL at this location!

All in all, a decent stay. The pool is super deep and was a solid win until my kid cut his foot on the climbing wall. No band-aids in the first aid kit and not a lot of interest in helping us find one. The carpets could have used a vacuum but the room was clean enough and had what we needed to be comfortable for a two night stay. You get what you pay for with this one but I’d book it again. Definitely suggest that they add some protection to the corners of the climbing wall and restock their first aid kit though.

No hot water in the morning
Decent room until you find out there is no hot water to shower. Pool area was very messy with used towels just laying around on tables and chairs. Front desk person barely spoke to us. Morning front desk person indicated the water would be on after check-out time and that the room rate was reduced, also gave me a receipt with the reduced rate on it. But the rate wasn’t reduced and I had to complain through Hotels.com, who got the rate reduced for me.

This hotel was awful. No secure entrance, very dirty inside and out. The smell throughout the hotel was horrendous--smelled like old mold and mildew. Windowsill in the room was filthy with dust and dirt. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

The staff were kind but the room was disgusting. Our 1 year old had black feet from walking around, there were finger nail clippings by the microwave, the telephone receiver had food on it. Worst of all, when I climbed into bed at 10 pm, I was disgusted to find the sheets dirty; there was black crumbs, ?mud, as if someone had gotten into the bed with work boots on.
