Initial greeting was not warm or welcoming (at the front desk); general condition of the property seemed poor and lots of small things in poor condition or not well-kept (burn out light bulbs, rust, stained carpet, etc) Overall experience was straight forward. Would have been nice to have a quilt and extra pillow in the room.

The first room we were checked into was dirty. The second room we were checked into the showerhead didn’t work the third room we were checked into the curtain was broke. I let the front desk know they did nothing about, The day I was leaving for the airport the lock went dead. It took maintenance almost an hour to fix the problem. I almost missed my flight.

The first room they put us in was dirty. The second room they put us in the shower didn’t work. The third room they put us in the curtain was broke. The door was broke. I almost missed my flight because the batteries went dead in the door and they couldn’t get the door open.
