Was very disappointed with the Xmas dinner as I had beef which was like leather…1 chipolata on friends dinner,he said turkey was just ok ..for £50 was not worth it..Buffet Xmas night was soso pathetic and heard plenty agreed with us£15 was a disgrace…Its such a lovely friendly staff and lovely hotel but don’t think we’ll be back My 76yr friend has diabetis along with other med probs and we purposely came as wanted to bring my 2dogs and a disabled room which was perfect but the cost and bad experience of food and lacks in hygiene in the restaurant with no table covers and some staff not in uniform …

very quiet at check in, waited 5 mins till someone could check me in! Bedroom light flicking when i went in! Breakfast hot buffet not really hot! Young lad in restaurant should had his hair tied up or covered it was long!

Not good
It was a building site on our floor got woken up to workers and construction noise. There was mold in the room it didn't seem clean. We were meant to stay for 4 nights but left early. Our bed was meant to be changed 2 nights in but it wasn't. The staff are lovely and helpful I don't blame them. Hotel is just a bit run down. Random seagal also got into the building at one point.

4th time here and this was the worst and won't be back. Our hotel room hallway had a few stairs and I had a walker aid. Also the room was a tad small as was my brother in laws too. A bit much as well is you pay them for parking your car after paying over £1300.00 to stay there, most annoying, especially going there 4 years on the trot.🤔☹️
