The property seemed quite run down and the room was filthy, didn’t look like the bathroom had been cleaned from the last guest and there was still rubbish in the room. Stains on the walls also. However the staff were very nice and helpful.

Short 2 night stay,could have been better with 1YO

Lovely helpful and friendly staff.. cleanliness was awful there was black mould all through the bathroom. The view through my window was the back alley of the property with all the air con pipes etc. The noise was awful. I was also given a shower bathroom that didnt have a bath in so was a struggle to bathe my 1 year old in a dirty shower.. needs must however. Breakfast was continental.. which consisted of ham slices, cold boiled eggs, toast, croissant, pan au chocolat, blueberry muffin and fruit... apple juice, orange juice, water and coffee. There was also butter, cheese spread and jam. Yoghurts.

Great value and great location

The location is excellent, great value for money, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Stayed here a few times and great if you’re going out for a few drinks, or staying a short weekend.

Sad dirty hotel.

Felt ichy after sleeping in there beds. No hot breakfast. Continental breakfast was rubbish for the stay of the hotel. Just a scruffy hotel. STAY AWAY. NEVER again!

Family of 4 in two rooms. Lovely and beautiful building, extremely friendly, warm and accommodating staff, comfortable beds, fantastic views of the North Pier. Only very slight let down was that, housekeeping could have been a little better house kept. vacuuming in the rooms, but overall I would highly recommend when the pricing is appropriate.

Good hotel, would stay again

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my son. On arrival we took the stairs and they weren’t in great condition, so our initial impression wasn’t good. We checked in early no problem however the first room we were allocated didn’t have a sea view so I requested to be moved, the lovely lady on reception changed the room for us and it was perfect, she was kind and helpful, all of the staff I spoke with were friendly and accommodating, Apart from the stairs which is out of the staffs control we had a good experience at this hotel and will stay again

Great location.

Only stayed for 1 night. Reception staff very friendly. Room had everything we needed for 1 night, bed, shower, and kettle for morning brew. Bed was a bit too hard for my liking, but that's just personal choice, other people might like a hard mattress. Would stay again. Great location.
