the min we arrived ricky on reception greeted us so warmly . He made our stay so much more enjoyable . The breakfast ladies Lorraine and Marte were so lovely with everyone and always with smiles on their faces .

Best hotel experience so far

Best experience that I’ve had at Blackpool! Amazing hotel, food delicious, very friendly staff. Very clean hotel. The only issue for me was that you can’t open windows and get fresh air, not a big fan of air conditioner. Other that that-brilliant 👌 recommend ✅ Alcohol 🍷ls vey expensive though 😵‍💫

The Holiday inn offers parking at a reduced cost for guests across the road based on talbot Road which is handy for the disabled. Another facility is that the lift ( lower ground) from the hotel takes you to the tram stop which is very convenient if you are disabled, however, doors need to be disabled friendly ( Hotel is addressing this issue once the contract has expired). Also I enjoy a game of bingo and Mecca is 5 minutes away from the hotel. The Hotel was clean and shower system was amazing. The breakfast was the best and staff were friendly and very pleasant, polite, and very accommodating. I recommend this hotel in Blackpool and will definitely be staying there again.

Brilliant Stay

The hotel was excellent from check in with Ricky to departure. Our room had been refurbished with one of the best showers I've ever had in a hotel and the toiletries exceeded with conditioner and body lotion provided, so you can literally travel super light! Breakfast was fab in the Marco Restaurant. Really impressed and will definitely stay in a Holiday Inn again if his is what they are like!

Lovely hotel with superb customer service

My stay at Holiday Inn Blackpool was amazing I was so impressed with the welcome I received from Ricky on reception. I had just completed an 8 hour journey to see my mum in hospital and he went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The room I was given was so lovely that I wished I could have stayed much longer. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was perfect and all the staff were helful and friendly. I recommend this hotel and will definately book to stay again. Thank you

Holiday Inn is literally next door to Blackpool North train Station. Additionally you can catch a tram right along the sea front right outside, so a well connected location. The warm welcome received (Molly was lovely) coupled with the quality, clean rooms with really comfy beds and great facilities added up to a great stay.
