The rooms were nothing like the photos. Drab and uncomfortable. We were kept awake until 2.30 in the morning with unruly neighbours. Security had to come and give them warnings. Would not encourage anyone to visit until the whole hotel has had an facelift.

It was okay, wouldnt stay there again though. The room was filthy and the bed had more bumps than the pebble beach! They state on the app that you will get room cleaned and fresh towels everyday but this didnt happen, everything we needed even tea, coffee etc we had to go to reception for which was a mile away from our room!

After reading the reviews about the Norbreck we were a bit dubious about our stay, glad we decided to see for ourselves, everything was what we wanted, we tried to extend our booking but after the receptionist tried his best there was nothing available. On our return home we got booked in for the following week

Didn’t even stay the night. Walking through a smoke filled corridor, being verbally abused by a load of drunk drugged up women and finding black mould all over the room and stains on the bed was enough to leave

Fantastic

We have been going to the Norbrek Castle Hotel for years and have always had a great time. Was shocked to see so few guests, as considering the size of the hotel it looks like it has been upgraded. The staff are lovely and bend over backwards to help make our stay the best it can be. The food is reasonably priced and there is plenty of choice and well cooked and presented. Come on everyone, the Hotel is just across from the fabulous Blackpool beach. There’s a tram virtually outside the front door that takes you from one end of the beautiful front to the other, there’s even a tram that takes you right to the train station. You can buy a week or a 3 day tram ticket which you can also use the bus with. There is parking for your car in the huge car park and there is entertainment every night plus a cinema and a swimming pool. You really don’t want to see this wonderful hotel closing down, what a tragedy that would be!!

My stay at Norbreck was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and my room was spotless and comfortable with a great view. The location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend for a great experience!

Pretty quiet hotel apart from the creaky floors. Anyone below me would be very irritated! Lovely large bath for a 5.10 person! Pillows a bit lumpy and wish there had been room for a bedside table next to the bed.

Car park full of pot holes, carpets filthy, bar glasses dirty,Rubbish entertainment. Tie tags on fire doors handles,room dusty,dirty and cobwebs,disabled wet room floor wasn't a non slip floor. Even though there's warning signs for slippery floor this is unacceptable for a disabled person. Had to ask for extra shower mat's. Hand rail for toilet was wobbly. Reported but wasn't fixed.Pour running sink water.Shower seat sat on a angle slopping forward. Shower fixtures could be better. Shower head fixtures are too high. Access into the main building and on corridors very poor. The only good thing we can say is that the staff were helpful.

Refurbished hotel looking very clean,bedroom with Seaview, room lovely and clean new beds very very comfortable, staff lovely, bar area overlooking sea front,drinks in bar good prices,the area the hotel is in is lovely and peaceful,tram and bus stops just outside and walk across the road to the seafront,overall absolute bargain price and will highly recommend
