Disturbed nights sleep

Woken up around 11.00 pm by a load of youngsters until 2.00am. I understand they want to have fun but not at the expense of my sleep. The hotel manager did apologise for the disturbance in the morning.

Hotel very dated. Fixtures around 40 years old. Sheets and towels reasonable quantity. Room was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. Cheap mattress. Lots of children running wild around the corridors and bar areas, whilst their parents drinking. Not good value for money We won't be returning.

Fabulous

Lovely hotel very friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome. Hotel was very nice looked very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice and so much choice the new boy started hes 1st shift and served us breakfast he did amazing bless him. Hotel had entertainment for kids which was brill and entertainment for adults. Bed could be a bit comfier but other than that would definitely recommend and stay again tram stop right outside hotel too

Wen we arrived we had paid more to upgrade to a sea view my self and my daughter but rooms was not ready we then got our rooms and they was disgusting not even sea view bits all over the floor looked as though bed had not been made proper but they swapped them rooms was clean and lovely but ours was on the 4th floor and I had already said low floor so was not happy as I have a bad leg and hip and will not use lifts so was not happy over all entertainment was good parking was hard to find a space and reception was not very friendly
