Old hotel

Faded Victorian hotel which is ok but not in great condition Staff are nice, breakfast is ok Bed was comfortable but have the annoying sheets that some hotels have that seem to fit into the mattress and not tuck under so exposing the mattress. It’s awful Appreciate it’s hard to maintain an old large hotel but does need investment and a refurb The gym and pool have been closed for years but yet there is still signage on the hotel for it. Lack of attention to detail

Mini break to visit family and have time to ourselves. The hotel is ideally situated, with easy access to Blackpool. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit so much we stayed for another night.

We had a wonderful stay, this weekend, whilst we didnt eat at the hotel we did use the bar. Very friendly staff throught. Paul from housekeeping was so conscious. He was so polite and couldn't do enough to ensure our room was just right.
