Worth staying if only for the food
Beautiful old building, well kept with stunning features. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with everything you need. Food......was amazing we had the 3 course 'posh' menu and it was gorgeous and the breakfast was outstanding.

The staff are a credit to the hotel, it was reading previous reviews about them which was the deciding factor for us in staying at this hotel, i can honestly say everybody was lovely. beds were nicely comfortable. Breakfast had plently of choices. Trams outside the front door. We would happily stay here again when we visit in the summer.

Enjoyable visit
Only a one-night visit but nice hotel. Staff service was excellent throughout and very good breakfast in the morning. Would certainly return on a future visit to Blackpool.

We've stayed at The Imperial numerous times and it has always been excellent. Our room (248) was very good and spacious. The members of staff were very polite and the breakfasts served in the Palm Court restaurant as always were excellent.

Loved the size and history associated with the hotel but needs a lot of work doing on the paintwork outside the windows. It must be a nightmare for such a big place. Beautiful food at breakfast and dinner. Fabulous steaks.

Love this hotel we always stay here when in Blackpool the stalk are amazing and helpful the hotel it's self is nice and clean,the rooms are a good size and got everything you need, but will NEVER be using Expedia again.

In its day it would have been the place to go, it’s now showing its age, a little tatty in places, but it’s ok, rooms are comfortable enough, breakfast very good, enough parking, check in a bit slow. Overall 7 out of 10

Great location
The check in process was the longest I've ever had in my life. Only one person was on check in at peak time on a Friday night and he was extremely slow. The room was big, warm and had a very hot shower. Reception in the morning were helpful in extending the parking for 24 hours for free, thank you!

Best break ever
Our stay was so relaxed and chilled out. The staff was warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very spacious ans well equipped. The bed was so comfortable and I have not had a good nights sleep like that for a long time.
