The shinning star at the president is Nathan the receptionist and barman he is the ultimate professional friendly helpful hardworking nothing was to much trouble.

The room was small but ok for the price. The bathroom had just been regrouted which was great, but plenty of loose grout was on the walls and dust on the shower. The shower plug had a really cabbage smell, somewhat alleviated by a kettle of boiling water. No shower gel provided. Breakfast was good with a great view over the sea

Large independent hotel close to Blackpool North

I had a good sized room which was clean and decorated nicely. I had a sea view. The radiator was not on but I had been provided with an electric heater instead. Breakfast was a traditional full English buffet which I enjoyed. It was off season so there was no entertainment but I did get the room for a very good price. Would be happy to stay again.

For the price you pay cannot really fault, yes the property is tired in places but over it is clean and comfortable. It is a basic 3 star. Staff good and efficient. Breakfast very good plenty of choice. Overall would stay again for the right price. Limited car parking could be an issue.

Great sea view stay president

Was a beautiful room. 204 second floor heating was on for first few days.... Then it didn't come on last two days dissapointed..... Sadly oil filled in room didn't work. The bed was amazing...... The food was amazing.... The room was, amazing looks really cosy upmarket. Shame about lack of customer service re room heaters. Overall good experience

Room was way too hot with no way of turning the radiator down and windows were locked. Bathroom door handle broken, got locked in the bathroom. Toilet roll holder broken so had to keep the toilet roll on the floor. Drawers in dressing table painted shut so,” couldn’t use them. Found 2 long black curly hairs in the bed. Check in desk was never occupied so had to ring the hotel to inform staff when we were at reception 3 times. Pool is not on this site, had to use the hotel over the road. Only saving grace was Ian who was the host at breakfast. He was absolutely amazing with the children and very friendly and helpful.

Cheap for a reason.

Breakfast was excellent. But that is the only good thing. Room 414, mattress on the double bed not fit for purpose, very uncomfortable. Heating not working, however a small portable one was supplied. Very little water pressure difficult when trying to have a shower. The shaving light and plug doesn't work in Bathroom. Bathroom heater not working. Damaged bath, sure that is giving the room below issues. The place allows pets to stay and the smell of urine does confirm this. Dance floor is a health hazard as parts are missing or tapped together with hazard tape. The chairs in the bar area are all damaged not comfortable to sit on. Multiple trip hazards on multiple floors as they are very uneven holes in the floor near the toilets in the bar. Water damage on ceiling in our room, restaurant. Definitely needs decorating everywhere. One lift but if someone leaves the main lift door open, nobody on other floors can use it until someone goes to close the door. Looking for somewhere cheap this is your place. However if you are looking for nice and cheap this is not for you.

Probably the worst hotel ever! There wasnt ANYTHING! and i mean ANYTHING clean! Incluiding sticky remote controller, mirrors, toilet, beds, walls, handrails, lift, windows, curtains and way much more! Never ever again!

Not as happy as I would like

I was surprised and shocked. First that I had to pay £7per night for parking. Even though I have a blue badge and I did not see the price of parking on advert. I was sure I booked b+b. However I was told I had to pay for my breakfast. In my room I found not 1 drawer or cupboard. My bathroom had no shelves either. And every thing mounted (as in toothbrush,glass holder, towel rail) were ALL broken. The heating was on it seemed from 8am until 11pm. Got too cold at night. When I arrived there was no kettle in my room. Finally. I asked for NO STAIRS as I am not able bodied. Yet I had steps to my room and a lift. If there was a fire ? I would of been trapped.. I will mention that Nathan the receptionist seemed only one there all weekend, was helpfull . I have no complaints about him.

Presidential hotel stay room with a view

Fantastic room 206 fantastic view of the sea fabulous fourposter bed, clean facilities, very good bathroom shame bath jacuusi was not working.... Fab facilities fantastic food and service from. Josh and Nathan so very helpful and courteous they both excelled and went extra mile in understanding helpfulness and I was treated with friendship and respectfully. The laundry, bedding towels, were exceptional and clean and the domestics both knock ask if anything needed fabulous service. Feel josh particularly friendly and a very good chef and cooks delivers fantastic soups steak pies with all vegetables potatoes is also very talented singer, he's, a, happy chappy and will bring u whatever you need. I was totally relaxed and happy with my stay from 10th - 13thjan 2025.
