Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff.

The pictures are deceiving. This is an outdated motel. No coffee maker in the room. No mattress protector on the bed - just mattress and a fitted sheet.
