Overall, this was a good hotel. The pricing and breakfast included made it a good deal. It is a little older and dated in some ways. They were unable to supply extra pillows when we asked for some. The A/C units are under the windows inthe rroms and a bit loud.

Off the check-in area you walk through a small opening toward the elevator. There is one elevator in a dimly lit area that includes the opened hotel laundry room that is a buzz of activity. The toilet in our room was not level and the tank did not fill after flushing, hence the toilet was unflushable. Phone did not connect to the front desk, so at 10:30 pm I had to go down and inform the attendant of the situation. She was apologetic and offered a new room down the hall. Upon arriving at the new room we found our door off plumb, so it was difficult to open and had to be shoved/slammed to close. This hotel accepts pets, which I can appreciate, but not so much so when the dog owners leave a pet alone for over 5 hours that has a propensity for barking. Phone didn’t connect to front desk, so had to go down to lobby again. She asked if I knew which room. I only knew direction of the barking. She found the one room on my floor with a dog. Upon calling the room, there was no answer (to no one’s surprise). She was apologetic and offered a new room, which I declined. Didn’t believe the 3rd time would be the charm.
