I was a female travelling alone and I am not a seasoned traveler. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The hotel was clean, quiet and I felt safe

Clean clean. Limited selection on breakfast However super convenient to radford. Beds are super comfortable. Forgot to check what kind of mattress. lol. Everyone was friendly.

Room was not ready when I first got there They took care of it and gave me a close room due to my mobility issues. Air conditioning, shower, tv all good. I like the pillow selection. Breakfast was minimal, but my stay is short and I'm not in my room much when I visit

Appreciated full control of the thermostat and great water pressure in the shower. Didn’t miss pay channels because shark time. Not much for breakfast, but I took my son out for all meals. It’s my go to lodging when I visit Radford

Not having HBO anymore was fine. Did not like 73 degree minimum on the a/c. Sleep was hindered by the warm room. Using just a sheet was still uncomfortable. My stay was good and very convenient
