Great place for travelers

I use this hotel when I travel to work and they always work with me since I work nights. They keep me where it’s not loud in the day so I can sleep for my shifts.

Slept with one eye open

Random people were lingering in the parking lots for hours. Window screens falling out. Door that was supposed to be locked at all times and only allowed for room card entry was held open by a zip strip so it wouldn’t lock and anyone could enter the building through side door. Hallways smelled like pot. Breakfast was awful. Staff were friendly, though.

Staff is very nice ,rooms are clean, not extravigent but over all a very comfortable stay. I've stayed here a few times now. Not one bad experience. Staff has gone above and beyond

The toilet was running when we checked in. The staff said the prior guest had stated the same. The common area rakes of smoke. However, the worst part was that when I went to take a shower, the faucet literally fell right out. When I told the manager, Aaron, the next morning he offered to refund me. However, he rejected the refund when I followed the steps he asked me too. Very bad experience. The window was I locked on the ground floor as well. Did not feel safe.

The whole place smelled of smoke, room was felt so dirty and nasty that I had to sleep with my clothes on, and definitely wouldn't take a shower there . Wouldn't stay here if it were free. Stay away .

The entire place smelled of smoke, even in a nonsmoking room. The door to the room was open when we checked in. Room, especially bathroom, was dirty and lacked towels. Noisy all night. Smoke smell was so bad one member of my party slept in the car.

Money scam?

Charged a $50 incidental fee, I pd in cash, made them give me a receipt, next morning they had to inspect the room. We had makeup on 2 cheap white washcloths and a spit blush on top sheet.they said they’re keeping $50!! I told them this is scam. They finally gave me $40. They said $4 was for 2 washcloths and $6 for sheet. I said I want them then. The worker ended up bagging up 2 wash cloths and 2 towels not sheet. So, they better not fraud entry charge my card. Do they report this on taxes! They wrote me a handwritten receipt. I’ve never been treated so badly and told them I will file action on behalf of all people. Entire place smelled like cigarettes and weed. No one should ever stay there. Workers were nice and professional but stealing people’s money for normal wear is not good business!’

First of all they got me on smoking vs non-smoking and charged me $15 extra. May be I didn’t see at the time of reservations, but this was odd when it was mostly empty. Terrible service. First day they came and gave me a shampoo and a soap and left. Second they didn’t show up. When I asked after coming back, they just gave me a new room that was double bed instead of a my king bed. The quality and basic cleaning is something if I knew earlier, I would have never gone. Breakfast was a joke with few muffins (may be), bread and coffee (if they wish to refill). It’s a terrible facility and a complete rip off (I paid almost $70 per night). So highly not recommended.

Good Night Stay

Room was clean - not enough linens in the room (no hand towels) - bed was a little hard to sleep on but that could be a personal preference - there were cobwebs in the stairwells but overall the place was clean and it was quiet
