Okay property…. The fitness room leaves much to be desired, the complimentary breakfast was a step above a free school lunch. The hotel’s WiFi was horrible, but the staff was really nice and helpful. Probably will not stay there again.

Hotel was dirty. Elevator smelled like someone smoked in it. Carpet throughout the hotel was nasty dirty. Ants in our room and we saw a roach in the hall.

I had stayed a month ago and the heater to indoor pool had broken it's now been 2 months that I'm just aware of and still broken that was my main reason for picking that hotel wAs for the indoor pool the ice machines was broken and had to go to another motel near there to get ice they used have drinks and snacks at front desk but last few times Ive stayed there they didn't have them or no machines to get drinks or snacks no towels in room no hot water just barely Luke warm for shower room was clean refrigerator didn't hardly get cold my rating on room/hotel is 👎

The pool was closed and none of the ice machines on any of the floors were working. That said, it was the most economical hotel out of all the locations that wasn’t seedy. Staff was friendly and the room was well kept. They also had a laundry room and a fitness center that was decent. Not sure if I’d stay there again, but not adverse to staying there, either.

This is my third stay at this property and it is clearly on the decline. The air conditioning was turned off on the floor where we were staying. The hallway temperature was 82°. The air conditioning in the room was also turned off, and it took almost an hour for the room to get to a reasonable temp. The water pressure was abysmal. Took three times as long to take a shower. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the building was basically useless. Stay away from this location at all costs.

Pro: beside the interstate and a crackerl barrel. The front desk young woman was very attentive. Excellent service. Cons:There were ants all over my room. Everything was broken or out of order from the pool, the ice machine and even the door that house the outdoor trash. Recommended: that is really up to you, but for me, it's a no go next time.

The staff seemed to genuinely care which made all the difference to me. Don't be mean to them. The property is older and does show it's age. The continental breakfast was decent with you staples like cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage, juice and coffee. That said, the room was not the cleanest, we did have to request fresh bedding which was promptly provided. But the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We asked to be somewhere quiet and staff was happy to accommodate. Please note that the place was also pretty empty during our stay so your experience may vary. I found two ice machines and they were both off or out of order which was disappointing but the property is down the road from a grocery store so it wasn't big deal to grab some there. I would absolutely stay here again.
