OK stay.
Beds were comfy. We checked in late and were put in a room opposite the elevators. Room did not have enough towels. Only over night to sleep so it was OK. Condition of hotel is OK. Nothing fancy and no extras.

I will speaking with a manager asap, there was none on property during our stay. One of our rooms was clearly dirty. Musty, stale air, hair in the beds, a dirty towel in the shower, bathroom floor so dirty our feet stuck to it. Our other room had food on the floor under tables and dirty handprints in the shower, stray hair on the shower wall and a clogged drain where we had to shower in 6 inches of standing water. Those issues were addressed on day 2 of our stay. We would very much like to be reimbursed for at least one night of one of the rooms where our daughters refused to sleep after seeing the condition. Very disappointed after paying $1500 for the rooms.

The lobby and room smelled, our room (122) had a large carpet stain that looked like someone had vomited or a dog had relieved himself there. Shower stall had hairs on wall we had to rinse it before showering. The shower head had 6 strings of water coming out, laughable. Pillow cases had hairs all over and we had to clean it with a cloth. There were droplet stains on bathroom floors and wall near toilet. Just gross. We only stayed one night because we couldn’t tolerate a second. Wall on top of breakfast area was piled up with dust, pool area glass window was so dirty you could barely see through it. The whole place was very unclean. When I checked out and told we weren’t staying a second night there was absolute no interest from staff in learning why we weren’t staying, no care at all.

This is our 3rd stay here since August 2024. It's basic and usually gets the job done. When we arrived in our room on the most recent stay, there was no soap. I went to the front desk and was told it "was on back order". So no soap. No soap for me meant i was not esting hotel breakfast, because i had to assume other guests were not washing their hands. I went to Walmart and bought soap. I don't understand why the manager or owner didn't do the same and buy soap for the hotel. Very unsanitary.

The place was clean, the people were friendly, but we went into our room to shower and had 2 small bottles of body lotion and 1 small bottle of shampoo. When we asked at the rest for soap, they had NONE. We left the gym and went to breakfast the next morning and there was ONLY hot coffee and tea to drink. NOTHING cold - not even ice water. We went to get ice and tap water, but the ice machine was broken. I asked about cold drinks and they said the truck hasn’t come. I asked about a pitcher of ice water and they told me I could wither BUY a juice or go to the water fountain.

I have stayed in this hotel before and had a better experience than this last time. The elevator carpet was dirty. The toilet did not work. There was no soap in the bathroom. The water pressure was very low. The sheets were clean but very wrinkled. I will probably not stay here again.

Needs a lot of TLC!
We were in town for a VT football game and this hotel had the only available rooms. Now I know why. When we arrived, we found other guests waiting to check in in the lobby. We were all wondering if anybody was there working. After about six or seven minutes, the entire front desk staff of three or four people came in from smoking in front of the hotel. It smelled like marijuana, but they insisted it was not. We checked in. The entire walk down the hallway, up the elevator, and down the hallway where our room was located was disgusting. Stains on the carpets, nicks, scratches, dents in the hallways with no touchup paint. The smell was horrific. Once we got into the room, the experience was no different. We simply could not stay there and left immediately. We had a 3 Hour drive back home, but could not stand the thought of staying the night at that hotel. I requested a refund, but was refused by the night manager. I will never stay here again and anyone else should put a lot of consideration into staying here before they commit.

Needs Some Attention..and maybe some bleach.
This a very convenient hotel, as I have stayed here before. This hotel just needs some attention in the areas of cleanliness and just general upkeep. Upon walking in, the hotel lobby needs some attention. Some plants, nicer pictures, SOMETHING. Then the mat in front of the elevators is tattered and worn, just overall not a good impression. The room is very comfy. HOWEVER, you can tell it’s lacking a good clean. The sheets were stained, and upon checking the bed, the mattress cover (underneath the headboard area) is covered with hair and lint, very gross. The bathroom has clear built up grime in the shower and sink drain. Water pressure and temperature was amazing, so that was a plus. The breakfast leaves much to be desired, as the only beverage option outside of coffee was apple juice. My room key did get deactivated after my first night, which was inconvenient. However, the desk attendant was helpful and able to quickly resolve this issue. I wish I had taken more pics, but this was after a 5 hour drive. Overall, the stay was okay. I just expect better from my stay with Wyndham.
