We always stay here love everything about this plc
We stay here all the time when we go to Pennsylvania the warm floors pool and sauna are such a+++ feels like more at home than a hotel love the included breakfast just wish they had Turkey bacon instead of sausage but I guess it’s fine. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

Second time staying at this property on our way to NY. It is very convenient & lovely place to stay in between getting to our destination. The Staff are always awesome & hotel is very clean& well kept.

The power at my house was out for a few days. The night desk person was extremely helpful. Even though I was very upset. He remained calm to help. My Uncle was with me. He is 84 & fell in the tub. The manager & another staff member was there. I asked if they were going to make a report. She asked if he was ok. I said yes for now. But things happen later. Never asked me to fill out a report. Was fed up with them so I just left!

The property is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. It was spotless everywhere. The staff are professional and kind. The breakfast exceeded my expectations as did the pool area. This property is well managed, you can tell everyone takes pride in it.

This is a really well-maintained property with a caring and attentive staff. We had the option rather than the default of daily room cleaning which we opted to skip as it was a short stay. We were able to request anything that we needed - such as a fresh garbage bag - from the cleaning staff and it was no issue. Not that there was any hint of danger or crime but the state police station is right next door which is comforting. Ellen at the breakfast station was friendly and accommodating and the front desk team were also friendly and helpful. We would recommend this Best Western to anyone.

absolutely amazing staff, clean updated room, great breakfast selection and the food was great. we’ve been here plenty of times and will always choose to stay here. close enough to tannersville and the trails but far enough where it’s more quiet and less traffic. highly recommend staying here

Brown Stained Towel
I have stayed at Best Western numerous times and have always been greeted by friendly, courteous people. And it was the same this time. Unfortunately, this time I picked up a hand towel to wipe my hands and as I opened up the towel I released there was a huge brown stain on the inside of the towel. At first it looked like someone had wiped their rear end with it, as it was late and I wasn't dressed I waited till the next morning to go downstairs and show the front desk. They were very horrified that I got this towel experience. And apologized profusely. Unfortunately, as nice as they were, this didn't help my being upset and not sleeping well the whole night. I am not a fan of hotels but have always found your hotel to be exceptionally clean, easing my not being happy to be in a hotel feelings. As I told the lady at the front desk, I worked as a maid and I know this should never have happened. Obviously they left towels from the previous visitors in the room, whereas, they should have removed all towels from the previous visitors and replaced them with fresh towels. I was offered fresh towels by the front desk and an apology. I know they can't do anything more, but it just wasn't enough. Later they told me it was make up on the towel, doesn't matter at that point cause it had already upset me the whole night.
