The room with water access are well worth it.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location. Right in front of the hotel is the stunning Esmeralda Cenote, with incredibly clear, crystal-clear water. Just walk out to the deck and you can jump right into the lagoon for a refreshing swim. The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything we tried was delicious, so there’s no need to leave the hotel to look for restaurants in town. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations. The staff was wonderful, and the entire experience was peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back! 10/10 – Highly recommended!

Staying at this hotel felt like being in a paradise in the jungle. Our villa had its own private access to the lagoon, which is something you don’t often find here. The gardens are filled with green plants, bright flowers, and creative art. The staff is always helpful and attentive. The restaurant’s food has really improved since we were here about two years ago.

The property was in a good location, looked good, had somewhat decent amenities, but the restaurant hours were horrible (12-6). Coffee maker didn’t work & they did not offer to replace it. We had to go to the hotel next door to eat breakfast & dinner if we were out during the day. There were so many ants in our room & they seemed to be coming in through a couple of small hoes in the wall, it was creepy. There was no staff @ night, so when ppl partied we couldn’t call anyone & I know I’m in a Spanish speaking country, but seemed only one staff member spoke some English & even with translate it was difficult to communicate. Just ask they are transparent about what they offer & any restrictions around that

Very nice and quiet hotel. If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious. Very good experience for me and my family. All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome.

Don’t think twice about clicking on and reserving at MÍA Hotel and Resort! Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception).
