This property is exactly what I expected. It is not a “5-star” hotel but is five star for being an older small town hotel from a past era. The room was clean and had daily room service. There was plenty of parking for my truck and trailer. I would recommend this place to those looking for a good place to stay but don’t need new

Rooms were clean and parking was good. Front desk staff seemed grumpy and unwelcoming. The isolation screens at reception made it feel like it was a pay-by-the-hour establishment. Continental breakfast was terrible and a staff member sat there looking to make sure you didn't take too much food?

There is no pool, the rooms were dirty, we had spiders and there were bugs all on and in the A/C unit. Room 116 had a crack in the door where light was shining through as an instant night light.. as far as i can see other rooms closed tightly... 116 did not.. was kinda scary. But there was a bolt in door which made it better.

We stayed here because it was on our way back from the Grand Canyon and there weren’t many options. Almost had the place to ourselves. Right next to a run-down rv park, with stray cats everywhere. After a week on the road, this was the first place to NOT turn on the AC before we arrived. 100 degrees outside and our rooms were hot and stuffy. Went to bed still hot, with the AC struggling to catch up. It sounded like a train in our room! Needless to say, by 3am we were all freezing. The hot tub was drained, the hallway carpet looks like it’s been there since the 70s, and the milk in the breakfast room was expired. I don’t think the front desk clerk ever left her seat or even spoke a word to anyone. Yet they put out a tip jar! Pros: ample parking, affordable, hot water, not busy. Cons: outdated, no one seems to care
