Wrongly advertised complimentary breakfast which is the main reason i booked this vs others which was much cheaper without breakfast, but at the hotel front desk, they said they don't provide breakfast during winters. Lol.. The room/property seems to be very very old, lot of stains on carpet, and some unpleasant odor.

Room is clean and big They are completely understaffed The reception lady, the room cleaning lady and the breakfast person were all one person Good hotel to stay, as we transit from moab to some other place Pool is closed. Breakfast is ok ok

The room was neglected, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Everything was old, broken and worn out. The hallways had chipped paint and broken pieces of the wall. The continental breakfast room TV wasn’t working. When I asked why, I was told a dog had eaten the remote and the repairman hadn’t been in yet to fix the issue. The hotel staff were very polite and kind though.

Breakfast was simple and adequate. No room service so garbage piled up - three night stay. Bed was okay. The staff as friendly and went an extra mile and found a different pillow that was just right. I'd stay there again.
