Staff were great at check in and breakfast, room was spotless and everything felt very new. Room was really well equipped, wish I was staying longer😅

Comfortable and quiet room, excellent breakfast, and nice garden area to relax in. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Would return again!

Ski slope in front of Hotel. Staff is just wonderful and kind.

un excellent voyage

The amenities are great. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room on property. It’s just a few minutes of walk to explore the old town, where we did shopping dining and took the funicular to visit the stunning basilica.

Receptionist not informed. Told me that to dial 09 to reach reception dial 09. Number did not work. She suggested I was misdialing. Manager told me to dial 9. Two lamps on the night stools were broken. Reception staff came to the room, took lamps, promised to return them fixed. Never happened. Manager told me there were no more lamps. Door knob on the closet door fell off. I told a man at reception, he told me that that was known already, but would not be fixed! Low upholstered chair is stained. Night stool is stained. Bathroom/shower stink of a sewer stench. Windows don’t open. AC goes on automatically; room is cold. Mornings here were in the low 50s. Two pillows just square bags filed with bits of foam. During the all-day riots yesterday, graceful loathsome hotel failures: No one from management on site. No one to make obviously necessary decisions. Staff out of their depth No planning for the obvious inevitabilities at a time of protests and crises. NO FOOD after breakfast and NO ONE could leave the hotel owing to riots. No willingness to address the needs of guests. Many guests are of a certain age may have health issues requiring food. Diabetics need food at regular intervals. NO ONE CARED OR HELPED!! G&C is NOT a recommendable hotel. I We are profoundly disappointed with this hotel.
