Peter was a wonderful host who warmly welcomed us and provided helpful local tips. The apartment was nice and cozy, conveniently located within walking distance of the Old Town and many popular attractions. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful! One minor issue is that the ceiling is quite low in some areas, so be careful! Unfortunately, both of us bumped our heads and ended up with small bumps. 😅 It would be helpful if Peter could add some protective foam padding to the low-ceiling areas to prevent accidental head bumps. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated Peter’s hospitality!

This property was incredible. Even better than described and pictured ! It looked amazing on the posting but when we arrived we were in love!!! Not a far drive or uber to Old Town very convenient location for the villa. Super comfortable rooms and bathrooms newly renovated. Very modern. Pool is excellent - tanning is exceptional if you want to tan and swim. Host is extremely friendly and hospitable. Very safe - we were 6 women. Highly recommended!

We loved this villa. It had everything you could need and is located in quiet location but close to a nice village and several excellent restaurants.

Staying in the center of a kingdom, thousands of years old is priceless. This hotel is situated perfectly in the center of historical old town, surrounded by restaurants, shops, museums, galleries and the famous wall. Only downside is the steep staircase to the loft suite. The photos are accurate, so no surprise. Good exercise.

Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!
