I liked the convenience of being so close to campus and the surrounding areas shops and eating. I was disappointed in the hotel, our check in time was 4 and I arrived at 3:50 to wait in a line with 6 people and only one person the deck at check in time. When I finally got to the front (after 4) I was told my room was not ready. This is completely unacceptable and I didn’t come back for 3 hours. The hotel needs updating but was pretty clean. No free breakfast or free parking like Hyatt across the street where I’ll be staying from now on. I will be visiting for the next 5 years with two sons attending the University and it’s a one and done with Marriott. Marriott can do better!

For the $$$ price this hotel asks it is very worn in and without any real "perks", like free parking (in a small college town) or a room service menu in the room. Having to call the front desk who then sent me to the website which did NOT have a menu, just a place to reserve a table, was exhausting and an enormous time soak to just order some dinner. I ended up having to go down to the bar and order since they actually had a menu. there also was no garbage can in the bathroom. Really?

Room smelled of death. No information about amenities or check out procedures in the room Charged almost twice as much for parking as was posted. Grossly overpriced for what it is. We will never stay there again. Gross!

I stayed here for business. It’s within walking distance to some fun bars and restaurants. Parking was pretty easy and convenient! The bartender downstairs, Spiro, was great!
