People at Front Desk were amazing. Room was good but needs updating. Smaller TV; not much vanity space in bathroom; low profile toilet and smallish tub/shower. Good value for the price though! Restaurants nearby.

While there was a king size bed, the room was relatively small. Bathroom was big but the sink area was so small my wife and I could hardly put any of our items on the counter. The entrance to the site could be better marked. We followed GPS and it kept getting us turned around

The room was fine except there were ants in it. I probably killed 20 on the dresser tops. The complimentary breakfast also had cold eggs, stale bagels and no cereal.

The bathroom was disgusting. I have pictures The electric outlet were combined with power strips. When I turned on the microwave the power strip cut out. Have pictures of all it it. The place is dated and beat up, the gym had no universal or elliptical machines.

We arrived at 9:30 pm and the parking lot was empty which was scary. I went in and was given a room way far away on the ground floor from the lobby. We returned and told clerk we would be scared to be alone down there. We asked to be near the front desk. It is a tired hotel. Breakfast was nice and staff in am.

Need to work on customer service check in
I am a sales rep and live in hotels 200 nights a year. However, this trip was a family trip to see my daughter. I rated this place 5 stars across every category but the night person that checks you in was the worst. In all my years I have never had a person in a hospitality position be so annoyed with her job. She must have been having a really bad night when I arrive because she didn't say 5 words to me during check in. Then proceeded to throw door key on the counter and did not say anything to me. it was so noticeable and awkward that my wife and some stranger picked up on it right away that this person was having a very bad night. We all get kicked in the teeth nowadays, but how you react to it truly defines you as a person. Do not take your frustrations out on some else especially some stranger.
