It was really cute, quaint and clean. Our room was huge and perfect for my husband, myself and my toddler to run around. It was very comfortable. One issue was the TV did not work in the 1st room and the front desk person couldn’t fix it so they had to change our room after we had already settled in. Seems like their tech is being updated, other than that great experience. The free breakfast was really good too!

Really nice property. Could have used a few more “staples” in the room. No shampoo, body lotion, body wash. We were provided one bar of soap, but that wasn’t really enough to have between the sink and shower. Very pleasant staff and great location.

Everything about my experience was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to the university and many eating options. The room was comfortable. Their breakfast had a nice variety of options. I’d highly recommend this otoperty

This BnB was wonderful!! Like something from a Hallmark Movie or Girlmore Girls! The staff was so helpful and welcoming, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds and amenities, the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of home cooked items, and the parking and location to local spots for drinks/dinner were so convenient! We definitely want to come back!

I really looked forward to this stay with my teenage son. He slept on the foldaway sofa. However in the morning he has some horrible bites. Staff agrees they were fresh and checked for bedbugs. They looked more like fleas but staff did not seem bothered. I was pretty shocked by the lack compassion or interest in addressing. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to let others know.

Grant Street Inn was a very nice property. Several buildings all part of Grant Street, so our group was across the street from each other. But very close and didn’t matter. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is wonderful. It’s a nice walk to the IU campus. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The mattress in the pullout couch was disgusting. My children did not want to sleep on it. Pillows were not great either. We only had 3 towels for 4 guests.😞

Very sweet place. Cool complex of adorable houses. Our room was large (room 61 in building 315). I had space to do yoga even with our daughter's sofabed open. Very comfortable king bed. Very happy fo find basic gym downstairs. How often do you see that at a bed and breakfast? Breakfast had delicious harvest veggies, sausage links, eggs, homemade carrot cake, steel cut oats, fantastic tea selection. Easy walk to campus and restaurants. Can't recommend it enough.
