Cleanliness Issues

Our room was advertised as a suite with a pull out sofa, we checked in went to the room and there was not a sofa, there were ants noted on the a/c unit and the door to the bathroom was leaning against the wall. I went to the front desk (they were very nice, probably the best part of the hotel experience) they stated they have not had sofas some time and offered to change me to a double bed room. We got to the other room and the bedding on both beds had multiple stains, there was hair in the bathtub and a dead stink bug fell out of the sheets. We had paid a lot over normal pricing due to graduation weekend and ended up just leaving at midnight and not staying due to the condition of the room.

The stay was good but not to the standard I'm used to in Hampton Inns. We were initially allocated a stinking room where some dairy product, probably milk that had gone bad and was spilled in the fridge and floor, had not been cleaned up well. We were reassigned to another and better room
