Great location
This hotel is our go to when we visit our children and grandchildren in Bloomington Indiana. The front desk people are always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there was a grab bar in the shower. A positive experience.

This property is outdated and not as clean as expected for a Hampton Inn. The front desk was not very helpful and when we questioned being moved to a different room they were not receptive to working with us. Very disappointed in the overall customer service and cleanliness of the hotel. Also, there is so much construction around the hotel, including huge cranes, that seemed unsafe to the property we were staying in. I would not be interested in staying at this hotel again and for the price, which was no bargain, we have stayed in much nicer closer to Indiana university. We will be choosing other options in Bloomington the next time we are in town.

This Hampton Inn was acceptable but the experience was not up to the brand’s usual standard. The property was not spotless. The breakfast presentation was unappealing and uninspired. The lobby seating was cramped. My room did not have a closet in which I could hang my suit. I was required to have a hanger in my car to ensure it was not towed. On my next trip to Bloomington I will choose to stay elsewhere.
