Great Value! Clean room!

The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was under maintenance and was not available for use. Breakfast was not the greatest and went to Cracker Barrel instead. The price for the room to stay for a Saturday was reasonable. If anyone just needed a good room for the night I would recommend.

You get what you pay for; it was a fair price for an overnight but the rooms are old and worn out. 1970s style, sparce furniture, water damage bathroom, obvious wear, underequipped/capable A/C unit, etc. That said, the bed was comfortable for an overnight stop.

Booked the room a week prior. Traveled 3.5 hours only to arrive and be told there was no rooms available. The lady at check in was NOT sympathetic even and even refused to refund the money so we rent a room at a different hotel. So we were without a room and the money we paid at 11pm. She claimed they had no way of knowing who books rooms! This is completely unacceptable!

What I didn't like was we chose this place because they had a pool and we couldn't go swimming. If there was prper notification on the site of the hotel about pool not in use we would not have chosen this place.

The pool and hot tub were out of service until further notice. There wasnt anyone up front for a while for me to check in. An the outside doors dont lock so anyone can get in. The bathroom is disgusting and has black mold on the shower curtain. I am getting a refund!

For the price, the room was definitely worth it. We didnt experience any of the bad reviews. The staff was kind. Room was clean and cold. But the indoor pool was a sauna. I would suggest they fix the temperature in there. I think it had to be over 100 degrees.
